Refund Policy
This policy covers purchases of Crestmade applications and in-app purchases.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store's refund policies. To request a refund for an app store purchase:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through Apple.
- Google Play Store: Visit the Google Play Store order history or contact Google Play support to request a refund.
Web purchases
For purchases made directly through the Crestmade website, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the app does not function as described. Contact us at info@tondrogroup.com with your order details.
In-app purchases
Refunds for in-app purchases follow the same store-specific policies described above. For web-based in-app purchases, the same 14-day policy applies.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available if the app has been substantially used, if the request is made after the applicable refund window, or if the issue stems from device incompatibility clearly stated in the app listing.
