These terms govern use of Crestmade applications and the crestmade.com website.

Service scope

Crestmade publishes utility and productivity applications for iPhone, Mac, Android, and web. These terms apply to all Crestmade apps and the Crestmade website.

Purchases

App purchases and in-app purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or web payment processor. Pricing is displayed before purchase. All transactions are governed by the applicable store's terms in addition to these terms.

License

Crestmade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased apps for personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Crestmade applications.

Intellectual property

Crestmade retains all rights to its applications, source code, designs, trademarks, and related materials. User-generated content within apps remains the property of the user.

Acceptable use

Apps may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity. We may revoke access if continued use would create legal, compliance, or platform risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crestmade applications are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the described functionality.

Updates and discontinuation

We may update, modify, or discontinue any app at our discretion. We aim to provide reasonable notice for significant changes or discontinuations.
